Impossible to mount to rooftop

This product is well-made and assembled as seen in the company's video, however, it is nearly impossible to align the mounting screw to attach the rails to the rooftop. Too many moving parts with no visibility, Spent over three hours trying to mount one bracket.It would have been best if the mounting screw had been threaded on both ends allowing first to attach the mounting screw to the roof, placing the mount over the screw, then securing the mount from the top. These will take hours to install

Lining up the bolt holes and the bolts is almost impossible because of faulty manufacturing. I would save yourself hours of frustration and buy a product that was designed for the KIA soul.

Really difficult to install…

Do not buy this, after you unbox it you have to assemble like six different parts four different times. Then you have to try to find the hole of the mount on the top of your car with nothing but the bolts, talk about frustrating! I ended up ordering factory OEM cross bars on eBay, they were much simpler to install and they look fantastic!

Nice but difficult to install.

Installed these on my 2019 Kia Soul. They are easy to assemble but extremely difficult to install on the car. Lining the bolt up with the mounting brackets in between the pillars and the roof is tedious and takes time, but is able to be done with some patience. Love the look and build quality for the money though, and feel very sturdy.

Kind of a pain to install but…

Husband loves the new rack for his car. Not gonna lie, it was a pain in the butt to install but oh well glad I bought it for him.

Easy to assemble, EXTREMELY difficult to attach to car

Assembly of the two rails was easy enough following the video instructions. Actually getting the assembled rails onto the car however was extremely difficult, and there aren't really instructions. I assemble a lot of things and am comfortable with tools, but this experience was levels of frustration like "losing repeatedly at a rigged carnival game." Some tips:1. the ends of the bar slide in and out to change the length -- get them in correct position (e.g. "1.5" each on the built in sliding…
