Great Platform For Lead Management And Marketing Automation

I loved that we could see all of our leads at once, it helped to keep track more easily than if each person was using their own software individually or in some cases multiple different softwares simultaneously! The customer service department has been very helpful when they can answer questions quickly & efficiently for us!! We have not found anything so far but would love any feedback from other users who are familiar w/ this product because there aren't many reviews out yet- however feel…

  • I liked the ability to see who the leads were & where they were from (not just the email) along with the ability to keep track of our leads and the ability to easily add new leads
Cons
  • I wish we could have more than one person view the leads at the same time, it was a little frustrating to have to scroll through each

Convenient Contact Management Solution That Keeps You Organised

The best part about this software it's that you can create multiple campaigns for each of your contacts, which makes managing leads much more organized than if we were to use another system or just manually manage them all ourselves! There aren't any downsides at present but I'm sure there will be once they are released in full by our organization (which should happen soon). We're able to track who has opened an email from us so far vs how many people have clicked through etc without having to

Nice solution with simple workflow setup and configuration

I like how easy it was to set up, configure our calls center for new customers & follow-up leads from previous contacts in just few clicks! - The ability of creating multiple campaigns at once.- Integrations options are not so good but they can be easily add by developer if required (like integrating into Salesforce).
