I like how easy it was to set up, configure our calls center for new customers & follow-up leads from previous contacts in just few clicks! - The ability of creating multiple campaigns at once.- Integrations options are not so good but they can be easily add by developer if required (like integrating into Salesforce).
It's free software which we used only when customer call us or request quote about certain products / services offered through sales channel via phone/email etc., So far no issues faced while using this tool during implementation process itself though sometimes due technical support could have been better than other softwares available out there currently!! We were able solve problems related incoming voice messages recording system integration between CRM platform>;Sales force alongwith providing live chat facility over website pages where user requests quotes regarding various product range provided online under each category page within site structure layout design implemented previously without any issue after.
