Very user friendly and quick to learn

The ease of use in creating our IVR system is incredible! When I get stuck it's very easy for someone who has been using this software since its inception (4 years) like myself - but that doesn't always come naturally when you're first learning how things work together as part team member or client support rep etc.. It works great if used correctly though so don;t go too far off base from what they suggest initially because there are many tutorials built into their setup guide which will help…

Pros
  • Great value, reasonable price point to meet needs.
  • Very user friendly GUI interface with step wise tutorial walkthrough provided before starting up an account,
  • Easy access via mobile devices such iPads also available free downloadable apps with same capabilities as desktop version
Cons
  • Does require some prior experience coding knowledge although basic training instructions
