Terrible and chattering like crazy

Brought back, can't cut a smooth edge at all, tapped a lot more than my Bosch (they were just a little pricey). Washboard edges also with solid wood. It is not worth.

Pros
  • Hardened and tempered M2 High Speed Steel, Premium Swift Bore (Registered Trade Mark)
Cons
  • Unreliable

Sharp, Affordable, Fits Stainless Steel

I'd say this is a great option for most home use- Hobbies or occasional shop use.I have included a picture of the surface finish and tooling details after making the countersink from a 304 stainless steel plate. This is the hardest material I will be using this bit on and it works perfectly. This was done using a lubricated Drill performed at a steady pressure of about 500 rpm.

Pros
  • Diameter: 1/2" Overall Length: 2-1/4" Shank: 1/4" Round Shank
Cons
  • Requires Socket

This solved the 3D print head problem for me.

Nozzle. The top of most barrels is either flat or slightly beveled, and I often have trouble getting the thread smoothly from the sprocket to the neck of the barrel. This countersink allows me to reshape the top of the barrel to allow for a smoother entry into the barrel. Please click the "Useful" button below.

Pros
  • 82 degree precision ground tip for countersinking most machined metals, wood and plastics
Cons
  • Legacy model
