Works as expected with a 0.5mm nozzle and needle.

Nozzle is designed to accept a 0.5mm diameter nozzle and needle. When used with a 0.35mm mount, it's too big. So make sure you have the right setup.

Final piece of the puzzle for the 0.5mm kit

While annoying that you have to buy this larger needle separately, it brings a whole new range of options to the HP-CS brush and is invaluable for the priming of large models. . I would definitely recommend this tip set if you are also spraying metals, it saves you the headache of having to clean the tip every 5 seconds.
