I ordered these winter trousers in size 5/6 for my 5 year old who wears size XS in boys clothes. I was so happy with the quality. They appear to be very well made and durable. I included photos of the pants below the Walmart XS jogging pants and you can see that they are longer and wider. They are more of a regular fit but I'm fine with that as they will last this winter and next. I haven't tested the water resistance yet, but otherwise I'm satisfied. Highly recommended.

I wasn't convinced by these pants. Bought these for our two sons and neither of them fit them right. One is slightly smaller and stockier, while the other is taller and slimmer, not even coming close to either. They came when we absolutely needed them, so we're going to stick with them for now. We had to pin the sides together for our two kids to carry. They are too long and more fitting for a 10-12 year old and we bought 6-8. They really need to be changed. I bought these a size 5/6 for my 5 year old son. He's skinny, about 45 inches tall, and these fit him really well. He has a really thin waist and I was afraid they would be too big and fall off, but they fit him perfectly! They're a bit long, but not so long that he trips over them, especially in his winter boots. They should be enough for the winter of next year, and that's exactly what I wanted.
