🔪 Henckels Classic 15-piece Self-Sharpening Knife Set with Block Review

My first set of quality kitchen knives. Definitely worth the cost. The quality is visible and the function is as advertised. I have used them several times and the difference with my old set is day and night.

Excellent knife set. Very sharp knives thanks to the self-sharpening function. Four knives have self-sharpening slots: Santoku, Chef's, Utility and Parer. The other knives are a serrated utility knife and 8 steak knives and scissors. Knives are comfortable to hold and use.

Fast delivery. So far they seem to be great knives. Very sharp and easy to use. Love the fact that the storage unit sharpens the knife every time you use it. They seem a little lighter than my previous Henckels set but I'm sure I'll get used to it!

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of this set. For the money I paid I was expecting a little better quality. Despite this, they are convenient to use and get the job done quite well. I plan to buy a good quality knife sharpener to sharpen the blades of non-serrated knives. I would rate this set a four.

False advertising, does not come with 8" chefs knife, I have a carving knife instead, love the set only disappointed by the fact that there is no chefs knife in the set is included. Would like to return the carving knife to exchange for a chef's knife, otherwise I would like a full refund and am sending the whole set back!

This item does not contain the advertised knives. I have included photos to show that the box should have non-serrated steak knives. As you can see, the set contains 8 serrated knives. Also, the set should include a serrated utility knife, not him. Knives look cheap too. You can see the glue where it connects to the handle. Knives also look cheap.

I bought these knives to replace a set of knives that was almost 10 years old. This set contains all the knives you need for cooking. They are very balanced which I prefer. The only downside is the box and the product description says this set comes with a 5 inch vented utility knife. Instead, he came with a regular 5 inch knife. Not such a big deal, but JA Heckles might want to address this as some might think the company is doing false advertising.

First of all, Henckels has an excellent reputation. Secondly, we have had a steak knife set from Henckels for many years that has proven itself. Third, we're not avid cooks, so we can't justify investing in more expensive knives. Fourth, I love the self-sharpening aspect of this kit as I'm too lazy to constantly maintain the sharpness I want. I bought this knife set so many years ago I can't remember when. I wanted a new sentence. There was nothing wrong with the old set, it just looked bad after years of use. I didn't spoil my old set, I washed it in the dishwasher. These knives are for eternity. They stand behind their product.
