PREMIUM PICTURE QUALITY & STABLE SIGNAL TRANSMISSION: With latest technology, you'll be amazed at how this HDMI repeater maintains your Ultra HD 4K picture quality with super stability/reliability. The JTECH-HDMI2.0-REP will only repeat the signal it receives. If the input cable is too long, the repeater will try to repeat a weak signal. Place the repeater halfway through your transmission distance or less than halfway (closer to source). We recommend keeping the cable length below 30ft on both the input and output side of the repeater. Ultra HD 4K SUPPORT:60HZ/30HZ@4Kx2K, 60/50HZ@1080P, 60/50HZ@1080I, 60/50HZ @720P, 60/50HZ@576P, 50HZ@576I, 60HZ@480P, 60HZ@480I. It works! Also GREAT technical support.

HDCP compatibility issues were incredibly annoying, shame on the industry. My TV is old enough to support 4K, but with HDCP 2.0, not HDCP 2.2, and of course this encoding scheme isn't backward compatible. The good news for me is that this converter makes the HDCP 2.2 source think it's connected to it. It outputs to HDCP 1.4, which works great with my 4K TV. My call to technical support was a very positive experience. I believe the support is somewhere in Texas. The support agent was very…

Does my FireTV 4K pretend it has HDCP 2.2. There were no restart problems.

This is for a downgrade, not an upgrade. I use this with the Revain FireTV 4K, Sony STR-DH550 and ViewSonic PX747-4K. The Sony receiver lacked HDCP capabilities to work with my shiny new 4K projector. I've been successfully tricked into believing it uses HDCP 2.2 and the projector doesn't care. Netflix test videos show 4K at 60 fps, Prime Video shows Ultra HD and HDR, that's all I care about. In the five weeks that I've been using it almost daily I've only had to restart it once, and I think it

This device only supports 4:2:0, but it works!

It was very difficult to get a working solution here! My current setup is a Revain Fire Cube running a Marantz SR-7009 through this unit. The Marantz output signal is fed to the Optoma UHZ65 4k laser projector via a 15m fiber optic cable. I bought and sent back two fiber optic cables, neither of which are suitable for my new projector. In the end, I settled on a 50-foot HDMI LBG fiber optic cable (about $114). It worked great and then I was able to sync 2160p/60Hz from the FireCube to the…

Works like a champ on accessories and consumables

I had a hard time understanding why my new fancy projector wasn't working in 4K. I had a 5 year old projector that I was upgrading to a new Epson 5050. The HDMI cable might have been a hair's breadth at 50 feet, but it needs to get to the attic and then back to the projector, so I "cheated" at first and decided the longer the better. When I turned on the 5050 I got the main picture and then went to check the signal quality. To my dismay he said he had enough quality for 1080 but when I tried to
