New Life for Brother 82 VX757 Mechanical Sewing Machine (Example: not Computerized)

Plug and play, good control at low revs and good control throughout the speed range. 4 stars for durability due to the plastic body, but my overlock and portable mode on my industrial sailing rig have the same type of control and hold up to heavy use. Good value for money!

Broke almost immediately.

I used it for less than five minutes before it broke. My machine suddenly stopped working and when I pressed the pedal I heard something rattling there. I didn't even step on the thing (I sewed on 1/2 1 ear of the teddy bear!) and that was it. I'm so sad I wasted my money. In any case, spend the five euros more and buy directly from the manufacturer.

Great replacement, everything works!

This is the first replacement foot pedal I have ever purchased or used - I am very happy with my purchase. It definitely has a bit of lag and isn't as touch-sensitive as the stock pedals that come with the machines, but it does exactly what it's supposed to. You just relearn the required amount of pressure/time, no big deal! I would buy it again if needed. I bought an LS-2125i for my brother.
