The ability to track projects from beginning stages of planning through completion is very useful for our organization! We are able use this software as well during construction phases so that we can keep all parties up-to date throughout each project's life cycle - not just at start/end timeframes but also tracking issues like change orders or additional work items along the journey (such an extra piece needed). It is very easy to use for multiple projects at one time as I can easily move from document A-B while working within JWI documents B - C without having issue of losing my place or work flow interruption. The only thing that would be nice if it was possible add an option where i could have more than 1 task active per project instead using up all available tabs when adding new tasks into current activity tab; especially those who does not know how many pages are allowed (like me) this helps avoid

It's easy to use when you're new at this job! You can't always expect your coworkers or supervisor/manager to know everything they need for their jobs - especially if it is something that needs extra attention from others (e.g., getting supplies).
