The item delivered was not the one shown in the photo

The phone I have is an IP550 with a 5 pin socket which requires the end shown in this listing. Installed a modular jack. Be careful.

Pros
  • Tested for a year
Cons
  • Some issues

Works as intended, with some issues.

The cable is too short to pull out. The shortness of the cable is even more noticeable at the cable transition point. I wish there was a way to attach the phone end of the cord to the phone, but there isn't.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • I will add later

Great product but difficult to set up

I'm fairly knowledgeable about electronics, but it took us two calls to tech support before we could figure out how to get it to work as advertised. In the end everything is fine, but we thought for a while that they needed to replace it with another device. Be patient and don't be afraid to contact tech support for help.

Pros
  • Great!
Cons

The best office product!

I LOVE this thing! I have a Jabra Pro 9470 and a Polycom 650. These two products work great together. and their relationship just got better with this product! I can answer and end calls remotely just by pressing the button on my headset. There is no need for a tube lifter that may stop working after long-term use. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Mostly ok but...

No lifting required

Works great and set up in less than 5 minutes following Jabra's instructions. I have a Jabra Go 6470 and a Polycom IP 450 phone. Free 2 day shipping with Revain However, Prime somehow took 6 days to ship, so I suffered unnecessarily for days without a lift or hook switch. Never again - a call comes in, I press the button on the headset and bang! - Live call.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • Nothing here

Works as advertised, no lift required!

This cable works great with my Polycom IP phones. The expensive lift I used slipped and only worked as intended half the time. The other half of the phone slid and I had to manually end the call. This part gives my headset full functionality without the mechanics of using a jack. I love it; My only regret is that I haven't kicked out the lift in a long time! I highly recommend this cable to either ensure full functionality of your headset or to replace the mechanical lifter.

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Works great with Jabra Pro 920 and Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 phone

Works great with my Polycom SoundPoint IP 335 phone Just one thing to know: The product photo is incorrect. The actual product has the 5-pin connector required to connect to a Polycom phone. Another reviewer posted photos of the actual product which are true to the truth. After you have connected the 5-pin plug to your phone and the modular jack to your Jabra wireless base (or any other headset), you need to change the configuration. Tell your phone what type of electronic handset switch you…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Upgradeable
