Jack Richeson Plastic Floral Palette Review

I am delighted to see this well-organized palette blooming like a flower on my desk. There are too many boxes and squares in the world. The tiny hole between the large petals in this version is a good spot for a clear streak of color. It may look like porcelain, but it's a durable plastic, so there's a slight residual stain on some colors, but then, even through multiple repeated cat tests, the palette hasn't been affected. I recently bought this from Blick, it's much sturdier than your average plastic flower shaped mixing bowl. The 6 tiny indentations are great for squeezing out a little bit of whatever paint you're using. I used it this way (with Daniel Smith's basic watercolor set) when I was learning to mix primaries, enough room for 2 yellows, 2 blues and 2 reds.
