Mixes great with Total Boat Epoxy or US Epoxy Composites. A little counts for a lot. Tip: A small amount of clear top coat gives it a nice shine while remaining transparent to the underlying wood grain.

Great way to color polymer clay!

These pearl powders are awesome! They cover polymer clay very well. They'll cling to the raw clay and stay vibrant throughout the baking process and look amazing when they're done! The colors are flexible so you can easily mix and match them. The powders create polymer clay colors like you've never seen before!

Cons

They go a long way, don't use a ton.

The same day I received the powders and mixed up some resin knife handle blanks, it's really great. Mixing colors takes learning, my first batch I poured didn't mix at all and all the gold sank while the green moldy but when I ground it was fine.

Pros
  • Great for a small house
Cons
  • Frequency

Incredibly Metallic

These pigments are no joke - they're so incredibly metallic! I use them like watercolors; I mixed them with some gum arabic and let them dry into cake coloring and then activated them with water when I needed them. They work EXCELLENT. The luster of the duochrome pigments is particularly striking. I have sets of the first and second series; definitely want to buy a third one.

beauty and wonder.

I bought both the 1st and 2nd series, the coloring is just lovely. I use epoxy and often cast it in molds with something built in. These colors mix very well (after some persuasion) and produce impressive effects. I combine them with Microglitter and just love the result. Whether you have artistic talent or just want to show you have talent, these colors will do the trick.

2 pigments don't dissolve, the rest is good

I use this to mix my watercolors. They fit perfectly as there are 12 empty cells in my gouache palette. Depending on what you use them for, 3 grams of pigment may not be enough. Since I only use them to add some sparkling embellishments to my paintings, 3 grams is more than enough. I mixed 10 colors perfectly the first time, but the turquoise and bright yellow didn't resolve. I've tried about 4 times to get them to shuffle with no success unfortunately. I'm frustrated that I almost emptied 2…
