It was easy and quick to install and works great. It may need support where it attaches to the fiberglass. I am concerned that fiberglass may crack over time. I will add a 1 inch piece of flat steel to the back to prevent this. Otherwise, I'd like a Factor style switch.

Now I see what all the hype is about. I paid 189€ for it and it was worth it. Be prepared to make some minor adjustments to fit your shopping cart. It's worth the pain. Good luck finding a cheaper price. It's so good they'll probably raise the price. The bezel at the top is nice with some weight. Very durable shift lever. Come on, get your wallet, you won't regret it!
