The only thing I don't like about this jacket is that its pattern is geared towards girls. If they used purple instead of pink on the rainbow and pink clouds it would be a lot more gender neutral. And yes, my little boy picked this one out of all the models they sell.

The quality of the jacket is very good, but the sleeves are at least an inch shorter than the size of the coat, and the elastic cuffs were very tight and left marks on the wrists. I'm pretty average height, 15 months, 25 pounds. thin coat for summer evenings, not for frost. The price is quite high for the product.

The fleece makes it super cozy and perfect for winter! It's also light enough to perform well in cooler spring and fall weather. We live on a farm and used it every day and survived a year without a trace! We will definitely buy another one when it grows beyond this one.

We haven't tested this in the Storm yet, but it makes a quality impression with useful details (hook and loop adjusters, fleece-lined zippered pockets, space for name tag, etc.) I'd like to see lighter colors, but the added reflective details satisfy my concerns. Exceeded my expectations, thank you for a quality product!

It's very well done. It's warm for fall days and very waterproof. The hood is very well designed. It fits my little 5 year old and there is enough room for a sweater underneath.

I like the quality of this brand. And it looks perfect on my 4.5 year old. I love that it fits snugly on top and is big enough to cover more underneath.

The item arrived on time and in good condition. I like the lining and the fact that it has an elastic band on the wrists making it a good waterproof.

I have 4T. My son is in 3T but it hangs down like a poncho lol. It's okay, I like that it will last a while. We tried it on our last rainy day and the water is perfectly sparkling, it was very dry. My photo shows how well it works outside. The interior is light but nice and warm. Perfect for rainy days in autumn and spring.

We have other Jan & Jul products that we love but unfortunately this coat is too loose for my slim 6 year old. Still 3 stars because I know how incredibly warm, waterproof, windproof and dirt-repellent this fabric is!

I have bought many Jan & Jul dresses for my grandchildren. The fabric patterns are varied, colorful and cute; The workmanship is excellent and the most important thing: children love them and want to wear them.

This raincoat and matching boots were SO perfect for our Florida weather! This raincoat kept my daughter completely dry while she had fun playing in the rain! Thanks to the comfortable lining, she was also warm and comfortable!

My grandson wore this padded jacket to play in the snow, in the pouring rain, and to walk through windy, cold coastal swamps. He was constantly warm and dry. Although it is large at first, we can easily use it for another year. The pockets are handy for small hands and the hood is very adjustable so it can be worn with or without a hat. All Jan & Jul clothes are best suited for outdoor play!

I love this coat for our son and he gets lots of compliments. We live in Seattle so we deal with a lot of rain. Many toddler raincoats are unlined, but this one has a good fleece lining, is well made and will be easily passed on to our next child.

Buy one size smaller. My daughter wears 4t, it was too big. So I bought 3 tons and it was still slightly more than I expected. Suitable, but be careful.

We've tried Hatley raincoats before and had to return them because the hood didn't fit my 5 year old - it didn't stretch at all, was so tight it pulled his head down. So glad we went with the Jan & Jul instead, the hood size is much better, it has a brim and the overall quality of the rain cover is better too, the Hatley felt cheap. The reflective strips were also great for darker days.

My toddler wears 3T and 4T - we ordered this jacket in 3T and it fits perfectly with a little room to grow. Love the blue, the hood is great for keeping the rain out and because of the fleece lining it's perfect for fall/winter/spring here in Minnesota. The waterproof material is amazingly waterproof yet breathable. My kid gets so many compliments on this coat and I LOVE its functionality and that it's easy to machine wash - dirt comes out with no problem!

My MIL gave my son a rain play set 2 years ago. It took so long! I ordered this set and gave his sister our original. Because of this, I like that the prints are fairly gender neutral. They're great for jumping in puddles in spring or playing in the snow with sweatpants underneath. We are planning to take our kids skiing next winter and are glad they have clothes to keep them dry on the slopes. Great investment and highly recommend!

These are the only jackets I have been buying for my son for a number of years (as he grows). He even wears them in Seattle during the winter. Only when the temperature is below zero and he says he's warm enough do I send him to school in a thicker coat. I buy a size up so he can wear it for two years and it has worked well because the sleeves are stretchy and the hood fits more snugly and stays on my head even if the jacket is a bit too big.
