This is a particularly beautiful diffuser. Due to the short "snout" any airline color can be used. I like this because I can hide the diffuser behind the plants and run a black air tube against the black back of the tank. Very good.

Pros
  • beautiful little thing
Cons
  • crumpled

This is a 'good' product but defective on arrival.

The product I received was defective as CO2 was never released. I was wondering whether to replace it with a new one or stop using this product. I decided to use the product permanently and received a replacement 2 days ago. The new one works well so far, but I was disappointed with the specific CO2 diffuser recommended by Revain.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Nothing here

Appears to be badly clogged

I have consistently had trouble with this diffuser becoming so clogged that the hose pops out or detaches from the suction cup on the side wall and floats to the top of the tank. In all cases, this results in all of my CO2 surfacing quickly and requiring me to mix new reagents if I don't catch it in time. I clean it often but it doesn't seem to help much. I will try another model as this really seems to be a big failure point in my CO2 setup.

Pros
  • Large variety
Cons
  • Annoyed

Nice little reactor

Nice little reactor. I upgraded the standard reactor that comes with the Fluval 88g CO2 setup and it works well and looks better than the other one in my Spec V. The only issue I had was that the U connector didn't even work with the brand in place new tubes stayed and I ended up breaking it trying to push the tube further than it should have (my fault it broke / not my fault the tube not remained connected). Nevertheless a very good diffuser for an aquarium with nano plants.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Requires socket

ideal for nano tanks 20g or less

I have a 1.65 inch diffuser but it took up too much space. I got this 3/4" instead and I have no regrets replacing it with the larger one. This is my first experience in the CO2 world and the local fish shop doesn't stock CO2 so I bought a 1, 65" diffuser as it had a good view but I wasn't happy with the size. On the other hand it's just perfect for my 20g grow tank, produces tiny bubbles and I have it next to my canister filter outlet and my CO2 Indicator shows green at 3-4 bubbles per second.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
