I didn't see the need for 3 different speeds (minimum, auto and maximum) as I usually prefer to work at maximum speed anyway. I only own one cordless vacuum with suction power equivalent to a corded vacuum and I see the need for multiple settings in this one to save battery, but 350w isn't powerful enough to ensure all 3 settings.
