Well thought out but not quite the game

We love the sequence so we booked it for a long trip across the country. The pegs stay in place and the layout is well thought out. Unfortunately, this isn't the same game as in the big size. Therefore it is not that difficult and seems easy to draw. This is the perfect starter game for toddlers to learn the concept before learning the traditional game. All in all it reduced boredom which was the plan.

Half the fun of a regular sequence! (Lots of fun anyway)

Here is a chart for those who are checking their Score Form to like . Pros: - Small cards are super cute - Even with fairly large hands like mine, you can still hold and shuffle tiny cards - Moves are marked with pins in holes like a battleship to keep them safe - Top case has slots for draw piles and resets . Only having to do 4 pins in a row instead of 5 means fast play. Cons: - Only one deck on the board and in play, not two as in the usual order. - Fewer cards and combinations. Limiting…

Pros
  • Play a card from your hand and put the peg in the appropriate hole on the board - you get a SEQUENCE
Cons
  • exchange availability 4 times in a row

Smaller than expected and slightly different rules than the full game.

I didn't realize it was only for 2 players - my fault for not reading the description more carefully. Maps are very small but manageable. However, this is a condensed form of the game - just one card of each card, rather than 2 of the same cards as in the full-length game; Also, you only need 1 run, not 2, to win - it would be difficult to get 2 runs with fewer cards and fewer jacks. But it's good for traveling. We will keep it in our RV and take it with us when traveling as it is very…

Pros
  • The first person to get 2 SEQUENCES wins!
Cons
  • Good but not great
