My high school pole vaulters used it to wrap the pole around the handles. They said it works well, maybe even better than white sports tape. Plus, they looked cool in our school colors.

I bought this to wrap around my son's hockey stick. He plays 8U hockey and is on the ice for about an hour so I don't think his time on the stick is excessive but this tape frayed after one practice on the blade. The orange strap is so thin that I could see the logo on the stick through the strap.

This tape is thin for hockey tape and not very sticky. Doesn't take wax well. It only lasts for one beer league game, after which it wears out. Any hard hit or racquet contact leaves tears in their wake, even when wrapped tightly. These tears cannot simply be shed to pass the session. Doesn't work like the big brand tapes I've used.
