Description of JBA 1961S-2 Performance Exhaust Header for Dodge RAM 5.7L Hemi 1500/2500/3500 2WD and 4WD

Race proven technology for maximum hp/tq gains. Mandrel-bent stainless steel primary tubes. Best flow, durability, improved throttle response. Will not distort like lesser quality headers, no leaks. Easier installation.

Bull braid for installation. Bad welds, bad sealing

Bologna for the installation. Difficult to access screws. I used arp equipment for the installation, it took about 6 hours. In most cases this is 1/4 turn at a time with a box end. After propelling itself up to the stain, it caught fire and flowed out of the head. Uses a new factory seal, that's nonsense

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • Can't remember

Dodge Ram 2500 2012 2x4 5.7L They fit but the driver's side hits the frame when you accelerate, you can hear the noise in the cabin and it's annoying. I'll modify the frame a bit, make the clearance (reduce a bit) and see if I can find stiffer motor mounts than the factory ones.

a good product. Complicated installation.

Installed on a 2009 Dodge Ram 2500 Hemi Pickup Truck. Rubbed on the frame as described in another review and required hammering in the distributor and sanding the frame lightly. Installed the headless passenger side, that was the right way. (Don't forget to order a head gasket kit!) On the driver's side, I left the head on the engine and the bolts are awful to get to. It takes over two hours with eight bolts to install the driver's side header, so just remove the head and do it where you can…
