JBA 1961S 2JT Titanium Ceramic Exhaust Review

Fitting the product was a nightmare for 3 people. It took about 4 hours and ended up with a manifold that didn't fit on the exhaust side. The extremely limited space between the manifold and other components in this area will, at worst, set the truck on fire. So it was decided to go back to stock. A real waste of time and money. Never again.

Revain is too expensive. It's a good product although I haven't applied it yet. You can find this product much cheaper elsewhere.

manifold found scratches on the titanium coating. I had the headers installed by a very reputable and certified mechanic in town. The headlines trickled through from the start. The gasket supplied was leaking at the manifold and does not appear to have been designed for this manifold to manifold configuration. Excellent value for money and amazing design. You'll feel the difference when you drive straight away. The instructions are a bit flimsy, so I recommend you check out a few forums about installation first. There are a few tips/tricks you MUST know to save yourself some headaches later. I suggest you do this work for 2 people. I did most of the work myself, but the driver's side setup helped a lot as the second pair of hands were over the engine while I was under.
