Perfect for Baking Delicious Desserts

This terra cotta brown sugar keeper is an essential tool in any home baker's arsenal. It keeps your brown sugar moist and keeps it from clumping together, making it easy to use and even easier to store. Its vibrant color looks great in any kitchen, and it's easy to clean too. Although it may be a bit on the heavy side, it is definitely worth the weight to keep your brown sugar tasting fresh and ready to use. Overall, a great addition to any home and kitchen.

Doesn't work as expected

I bought both bear cub (see 1st photo) and floral brown sugar hoping they would help keep my regular and dark brown sugars fresh. I followed directions to soak items in water for 20 minutes, pat dry, and place in brown sugar containers. I found they didn't fit in my regular mason jar so I found wide mouth jars and they fit great. Excellent for softening hardened brown sugar

I had a full package of brown sugar that was about to turn into a hard solid block . , then soak two of these JBK Terra Cotta Brown Sugar Savers in a cup of warm room temperature water for 20 minutes, then pat dry, then layer over brown sugar and cover the Pyrex pan with cling film.
