JBL Clip 4: Portable Mini Bluetooth Speaker with Big Audio, Punchy Bass, and Carabiner - Gray Review

The little thing resonates! I used to have a big block portable speaker and got tired of lugging it around while skating. Now I can just clip it to my backpack and all my friends can hear the music even when I'm not around. The only thing I don't like is that when the speaker is at max volume and I press the volume up button just to make sure it's at the highest level, the music cuts out for a second. A bit of an odd feature, but everything else about this speaker is 5 stars.

Everything about it is great except there is no way to tell how much battery power is left or fully charged. I'm still sticking to the old school of letting items die before recharging them. But I also see how much battery is available. I use it for snowboarding so if it dies in the early/midday I'm done. Battery life update: I haven't used it for more than 3-4 hours at a time so I can't comment on the claimed 10 hour battery life. What can I say, it lasted several 6-8 hours of combined usage and the power light was still on, allowing you to work longer before charging. I only had the volume at 50% while listening. Clip 4 is finally here. The jbl 3 clip was a big hit, I'm a fan and owner. Very strong, took a lot and never let me down. But that pesky unreliable clip/carabiner gave me trouble and eventually failed and fell off. A lot of pain in the back as there was nowhere to attach it securely but otherwise it worked.
