The best casserole dish! Cleans up so easily

After using it I was so excited to write a review because I want people to know how great this baking pan is. I have cooked lasagna in this pot and it is so deep it has cooked a lot for my family of 5. I was able to fit more food in this dish than in a regular glass casserole dish. The side handles are so perfect that they are wider and easier to fit in your hands, making it really easy to lift and move. The best part? This pan is VERY easy to clean. So I made lasagna and baked it in the oven…

Big and beautiful

This is a really nice large ceramic casserole dish that is great for cooking for a large group, whether you are a large family or entertaining friends. This casserole dish holds things like a large lasagna for probably 8-10 people, or baked beans or a baked potato casserole for probably 12 people. Large and well-made casserole dish

I chose this casserole dish because of its size. This is slightly larger than a 13" x 9" platter, and while that size will almost always suffice, there are times when a larger platter would be useful. This week we had a chance to experiment with it and it worked. This is a good, heavy utensil, richer than the glassware I've used but better than the smaller cast iron skillet.
