Bought for my mom who loves music the bus is not advanced in technology. Small but plays well. Volume is a button but doesn't tell you what level you're at. We tried radio, CD and phono. Everything worked fine with good sound. You can judge from the video on Joe Cocker's CD. I would use it too because it's so small.

It has a lot of great features at this price. for those of us with music collections that include the "cassette tape" years as well as lots of vinyl and CDs. You can play them all with one player. It's compact and the two speakers have decent sound. These are wired speakers. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. My 1980's stackable stereo ended up in the men's den and is perfect for my needs at home.

I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews before hitting the buy button. I know you get what you pay for and this is a really good value stereo, but seriously. I couldn't get my local NPR station and just a few regular radio stations. All other stations had so much interference that the radio was unusable. The CD player was ok but the sound from the player was just awful. It was very tinny and not audible at all. I will spend more money so I actually have a product that works…

It's not the worst product I've seen, but it's not the best product either. The player slows down and plays unevenly, the needle jumps on the records, adjusting the pitch does not help. The radio is the same. The CD player works perfectly. In my opinion, the quality is below the price. The sound quality is about what I expected. Volume is consistently low, but the radio and CD player work just fine, which beats the silence at home while I unpack from moving house. I personally wouldn't buy it…

This is just the coolest thing I've ever seen! The quality of the speakers cannot be praised, the CD player is not so sensitive that the disc slips away when walking on the floor, the player is excellent and even coped with my slightly warped records without any problems, even with the lid closed. I haven't used the cassette function yet (because my old Sony ate all my cassettes so I bought it) but I'm sure it's as good as the rest of the device.
