Bought for my turtle tank and it won't keep warm in a 30 gallon aquarium. The temperature adjustment button is a pain. I wouldn't recommend this unless you want a headache

I liked the compact size and external control. But it only lasted about a month. still reads the temperature of the tank, but no longer heats up.

I bought a few for my 10 gallon tanks that house 12 growers. 1 broke and the rest won't even heat a small 10 liter tank. Even with a setting of 90 degrees, the temperature in the tank never exceeded 75 degrees. Save money and buy a quality heater that will keep your fish healthy.

I was so lucky to find a 40 gallon aquarium heater but the heat only gets higher even when it's 90 degrees outside. Well, all my mystery snails are cooked, and I'm just glad the fish wasn't cooked either. I don't think this will work for me.

Purchased about two months ago. The first one I started with showed "E1" which is an error code for a not fully submerged heating element. It was submerged 6 inches below the waterline in my aquarium. The replacement I received lasted a little longer, but after a couple of weeks it was still performing the same as the first one. I really wish this heater would work. It was the perfect compact size and performance I was looking for. The bright display was perfect for seeing the temperature where I placed the heater and the controls were very easy. Unfortunately, the heater doesn't regulate the temperature properly and I felt this to be a danger to the aquarium.
