This is a must have if you have a 5.4 Tritan. This engine has its drawbacks and that throttle body gasket that draws in a lot more air really helps. If you don't have this engine and are still looking for a throttle body gasket, I would recommend installing at least one other airflow modifier with it (exhaust, manifold, custom air intake, etc.).
