I have used rocket plates many times. It was the fastest and hottest oven I have ever used. I just LOVE this! I take it fishing, hunting, hiking, hiking. This is life saving. All components are conveniently housed in it, except for the fuel. Water literally boils in 1 minute! I use it to make coffee, mug noodles, MRE, hot cocoa. Another great thing is that Walmart has the fuel for it. I recommend an accessory that supports the use of a frying pan or stockpot. I really like the Jetboil but was very disappointed to learn that this latest heating system lacks the pot support that used to be bundled with the Jetboil Sol (no longer available). It also boasts that 1 liter boils in 100 seconds, but you can't boil 1 liter. The inside label of the container says "2 cups max", which is less than half a litre.
