The first day my daughter had this scooter the heel fell off so we screwed it back on, no big deal right? Not correct! Every time she tried to ride it, the wheel fell off. So dangerous for children. Also, the same wheel stopped catching fire after a few days. Expected better quality for a 70.00 scooter. Anyway, they came back yesterday with no problems.

I bought a scooter for my 2 year old daughter for her birthday. She likes it very much. We decided to buy another one for our son! This scooter is stable and easy to handle for small hands. This will also adjust as they grow. Colors available (we bought blue and pink) and wheel lights are an added bonus! I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought two of these faulty scooters for my kids and the warranty department never answered our calls or emails. The blue scooter had a wheel fall off while my son was riding it and our green scooter has a wheel that doesn't glow as well as the other wheels. I was disappointed with the lack of customer service and would not recommend them to any other buyer.

This scooter is amazing! Really impressive quality. My son has some sensory sensitivity and developmental delay but loves riding this scooter. The two wheels in front make it easy to steer and the handling is just amazing. All the neighborhood kids keep asking for a trade because they swear his scooter is faster and more fun than theirs. The color is great and loves how it glows at night.

It was good until after five months of use one of the underlying screws fell apart. I contacted customer service and asked for a screw. However, they don't respond at all. You just tell me "We will send you a screw" or "We will send you a new one" for more than a month, nothing has been sent to me. and don't buy Jetson again in the future. I just wanted to tell you how terrible your services are.

Great scooter! My almost 5 year old daughter has outgrown her last scooter. She leaned forward as she moved. She is very tall for her age, so I wanted a scooter with wide handlebar height adjustment. This one will last a long time. It's durable, the color is vibrant, and the backlit wheels are amazing. The big plus is that it folds flat so I can take it on planes/use it at the airport/and take it with her on trips in Europe etc when she gets tired of running. solid product.
