Mech is a laser with a screw at the end

Completely useless in broad daylight. Three stars only because of the price. For $16, not much skin is lost trying it. You can see a red dot on the swing, but it should appear in the late afternoon. You also need to swing slowly to see the red dot. Maybe you'll benefit from owning it, but I haven't done so yet. This one gets thrown in my bucket of bad ideas.

The on/off switch is a quality issue.

Great idea, good price, sorry for the poor quality. Simple concept, place a laser at the end of the stick to identify your swing plane, but I found: - The basic structural design is very good, especially the stick mount - The problem is the switch, it's weak and I'll install it, If you mess around with it you will get a bright light but after a few seconds your laser will dim and then turn off. Will try again when quality/design issues are resolved.

Worked fine for 2-3 weeks.

The product worked as expected for 2-3 weeks but started shutting down almost every time it was turned on. I was happy with it before, but now the slightest vibration or shock and it turns off. Even just lightly touch the side with your finger and it will turn off. I told the seller I'm waiting for an answer. Maybe an anomaly, maybe not. Anyway, this product didn't last at all. I have never dropped, knocked or mishandled it. I just screwed it onto the end of the stick handle and started…

Low Price Low Quality

I recently offered Jingwei Golf Swing Training Aid. Of course, the price is much lower than buying a Plane Sight laser trainer, but the product is of poor quality. The biggest issue with the product is that the top is not securely attached to the base which can result in items falling apart when rocking. Aside from the upper not working, the materials used to make this product are of poor quality. I would not recommend this product. After purchasing this product I decided to invest in the much…

Almost a very good product

When it works, it works very well. I videotaped my swing with the product, drew the swing plane lines over the video and found that the resulting swings were very close to plane. I've also found that lots of product swings lead to "muscle memory". I don't know how long it lasts without an update. But there is a problem. As mentioned in many other reviews, the laser does not stay on. It expires after each hit. Mine came with a small plastic clip that seems to prevent accidental shutdowns. It can

All is not well with gym equipment

Great idea, if only it worked better. First, the laser beam is not visible in daylight, so it cannot be used in an open training field. Second, when screwed into the end of the handle, it doesn't stay in a straight line with the shaft, leading to erroneous swing readings. Third, the laser beam doesn't stay bright, so it has to be switched back to frequency. I cut off the end of the handle of an old racquet and glued a wooden wad to the shaft with epoxy. Then I drill a hole in the wooden cork…

Super useful rotary device although not able to handle high rotary speeds

After using this laser for a few days I really feel that this device has helped me a lot with my rotary plane to enhance. I mostly rocked with a short, heavy exercise stick. After just a few days and about 30 minutes of using the device, I went to play golf and started hitting the ball much more accurately. Great tool at a great price. The problem with the device is that it shuts down when I try to swing hard with regular racquets. I swing my driver at about 100 mph and if I swing at more than…

If you don't like it, use it wrongly

I didn't want to buy it after reading negative reviews, even at a low price. My response to negative reviews is you are doing it wrong. This is an extremely effective tool for leveling the swing, especially the swing. But you have to use it right - use it indoors or in your garage, off the ball. This is a red laser, difficult to see outdoors. And the power button is a little touchy - if I accidentally hit the floor and shake inside, it will turn off. So don't even think about hitting the ball…
