They look solid and matte in the photos but when you get them they are sparkly, shimmery and definitely not what I wanted. Really disappointed. Especially since they look cheap and say Made in China and I feel like I paid more for a more durable brand that I didn't have. You can make them yourself using hot glue, tape, and pieces of Michael, Joanna, or hobby fabric. Recommend another product!

When it touches my hair, the prongs on it will grab my hair and not move more than 1/2 inch! I usually slide the hair ties back on my head a bit, but this is IMPOSSIBLE as they stick to your hair for life. I have really thick and wavy hair, but I've never encountered anything like this with a scrunchie in my life. I don't recommend at all.

If you wear glasses and have trouble wearing a headband underneath or over it and slipping. That's what you want, you can slide the bottom back behind the glasses and it stays. because part of the crest at the top keeps it in place. Hooray.

I have very fine hair and many headbands don't go well with it. Most bandages are either painful, ineffective, or won't stay in place. You are good at everything. I deducted a star because the yarn-wrapped ribbons are already worn out. The yarn does not crumble completely, but becomes a little fluffy. This makes them less attractive over time.

They are nice and thick and my mane doesn't fall in my face. They fit well and I often wear them all day, so it's not surprising that after 12-14 hours of use I get soreness behind my ears. The pain scale is 3 out of 10 and it's worth it because it stays in place.

I love these headbands. I have thick hair and a big head so I have a hard time finding headbands that stay in place and don't cause a headache. That's great. It stays in place, keeps my hair from falling out of my face, and never gives me a headache because it's so flexible. They are cute too!
