Nice cap. Should have been sent in a box, not a package. Was bruised but luckily it was the band of the hat and not the front otherwise it would have been useless!

This hat is very uncomfortable. The leading edge is hard and doesn't fit the head properly unless you fold the beak into a round circle. And it really doesn't look that good. Although the quality is good.

I really like the cap. My only concern is that the adjustable strap is dated and made out of plastic with retractable holes that the other side slides into to adjust. They wear out and tear, rendering your hat useless. I was hoping they would use velcro which is much stronger.

I collect all John Deere hats. I have 2 favourites. This hat and the classic green John Deere hat. I like the grid color. It has the appearance of the typical white mesh back after extended wear and the brim/beak looks great. The perfect hat in every way that any John Deere product owner or fan should buy.

So the hat is good. Fits good. (I wear hats every day) My only issue was that it was either sent "damaged" or it was damaged during shipping. By "damage" I mean the front hat material (above the bill) was wrinkled from being broken or improperly stored. Those wrinkles don't come out. They are permanent. The only reason I didn't go back was because it was going to be used as a work hat anyway, so what. I wouldn't have bought it from a store if I saw creases in the material.
