A great $1 purchase for organizing the mess that comes with kids playing sports. We strongly recommend using a used version from the Revain warehouse. The package came in new condition, no complaints. The only thing to watch out for is the use of lube when using the black plastic connectors that come with this kit. The first pair split between me but luckily they supplied extras, presumably for that reason. The hand soap worked well to put them on.

The product is cheap, so be careful when assembling. There are plastic pins connecting the sections that break easily. The manufacturer should know as they offer extra benefits in the package and I have ever needed them. The connecting pins could have been processed a little better. After breaking a few in the beginning I popped the rest in the freezer for a quick bit and I think they shrunk a bit for easier picking. Did exactly what I wanted: keep basketballs, soccer balls and soccer balls in one place and off the floor. Installation was easy enough, but the little plastic grommets you have to use between the three sections are useless. Simply line up one section, mount it on the wall and use it as a guide before drilling the other two sections into the wall. I would recommend that you start with the center section, just make sure you measure enough space between the base and the floor before fitting it.

I bought this hoping to find a solution to the problem with medicine balls left on the floor in my studio. The product description said it can hold up to 20 pounds, so I gave it a try. We managed to hang this up and it works great but we didn't have to follow the instructions. All the small plastic pieces that are supposed to connect the shelf sections are broken/cracked except for one. The plastic they are made of is very brittle. As they are only used to align the shelf pieces they should not be rigid and I would advise the manufacturer to come up with a more flexible and easier to assemble product. Based on other reviews, I was concerned about the strength of the stand. Mounting on the garage wall was very easy. To avoid breaking the plastic grommets connecting the metal sections, I lightly sprayed each WD40 metal grommet and then slid them onto the ends of the rack sections. Next, have someone help hold the post, align the metal tabs with the plastic holes, and then lightly tap the top of the pole with a rubber mallet until the metal tabs are secured in the plastic grommets. We didn't have to spend $100 or use the floor space we didn't have in our garage halfway up the gym. Problem (bought them CHEAP here at Revain 6 years ago and they last 100%).
