Perfect big sonars.

I have been using basic Johnny Ray mounts for my nose mounted sonar, but as units got larger a larger unit was required. Very durable, works great with Helix 10.

Johnny Ray Better Tehran RAM

I used to have Johnny Ray. A good product. Made my first trip with him. Solid. Did the job. I like the easy detach/twist. If it works much better than RAM for your application

  • Lever
Cons
  • Long Wait

Perfect fit and price.

I've always been a fan of the Ram mount but had to make the switch due to space limitations and the need for an easily removable element. I stumbled upon this strain by accident and was hooked. Very good quality and the prices are very reasonable.

ROCK SOLID Bracket: Brake

This is a great bracket for my Helix 10. I've never had any problems or doubts that it will hold my fish finder securely. I was able to install it on my kayak by making a custom bracket to mount it on existing serrated rails. I basically used UHMW (it's like a cutting board material), cut a small section and used the cog mounts through the board and then attached it to the board. Other kayak mounts were too fragile for me to be sure the viewfinder wouldn't budge and fall into the water.

Cons
