Strong and durable product for carpenter's square

This is a great smaller square. I recently used it to build a wooden deck. It can withstand the rigors of construction while still being durable and easy to use and read.

Pros
  • Best
Cons
  • Expensive

Numbers cleared in 2 weeks

Heavy well done. However, the numbers began to disappear until they disappeared completely. They can no longer be measured, but can be used as a measure of a right angle. I would give it one star if the numbers didn't work.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Not trendy

he has failed in his main task. Existence .

he failed in his main job. be square. I suspected it wasn't working so I tested it on 3 other courses and they were all the same. If you're looking for a clumsy ruler, this is it! If you need a carpenter's square. it's not that

Pros
  • great for me
Cons
  • so far so good

Great buy, heavy.

Great but for the money. It has a thick, heavy thickness and is excellent for rough work. Compared to the other ruler, the longer end only deviates by 1mm while the shorter end stays in place. Not bad for $3.49 - don't know what other reviewers were expecting for that much money. I've seen reviews that the edges aren't polished - spend $15 at Lowe's if you want polished edges. 🙄

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Not bad but...

Marks won't stick

It's difficult to damage a carpenter's square. It's exactly the size I needed and works well with one big exception. All markings have fallen off, it is impossible to measure anything. I use this to measure my handmade soap before I cut it from the loaf, maybe the soap will dissolve the marks. Anyway, it's of no value to me right now.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Solid Square is the best measuring and marking tool

Pros: Accuracy is square and true. Measurements are accurate. Offsets - easy to measure inside or outside of a square. Cons: Durability - It's not the strongest metal. I could probably bend it if I was careless enough or willing to try. Final Thoughts: This is a great square for the price. When the time comes, I would like to order a larger square from Johnson. I use this all the time and love checking my table saw settings.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power

Good investment, difficult for carpentry and useful for crafts

I am very satisfied with the quality of this product. I'm a crafter and needed at least a 12" L ruler for card making paper and this was a hit. It's straight, it doesn't have the drifts I had before, it's heavy and gives stability when marking on paper. It looks like a carpenter's square. The numbers look good in print, they're not embedded, so I'll update my review later if I see anything else. It is a good investment for carpentry and crafts.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • Dear

Suitable for one-off and heavy-duty work

Suitable for heavy-duty carpentry work, as in my current project. But that didn't inspire me for the quality that is particularly desirable for measuring devices. It's metal, but covered in some sort of enamel, and the edges aren't polished or sharp. Also, the color for the rules and numbers looks like it's applied unevenly on the enamel background; I see open spots where it has blistered and I'm afraid they will come off with use. In the future I will be looking for more polished edges and…
