I was very surprised at the durability of these drills. I bought these as a quick fix when I couldn't get the much more expensive ones I was using. As long as you use them at a relatively slow speed and submerge them in water, they will last a very long time.
Pros
Use with water as a lubricant; The holes don't need to be reworked as the cut is clean
I'm no longer afraid to drill glass or ceramic tiles. Take your time, use the water to cool off a little, and don't kill yourself pressing (the tile may crack if you press too hard when you're almost done). If it doesn't make progress with a little effort, change the bit. I got two holes per drill bit through glass and ceramic. super easy! Remember to start at an angle.
Pros
Hole diameter: 6 mm (approx. 1/4 inch); Overall Length: 51mm (2 inch); Drilling depth: drilling depth 20 mm
Having seen other reviews I bought a large pack thinking they would only do a few holes drill . So far I've only used 2 drill bits to drill over 40 holes. I use them to make pots for succulents and violets from cups, serving bowls and other found objects in a variety of materials. I use a small bench drill, a small amount of cooling water and medium pressure. Release the drill a few times to allow the water to clear and the bits to cool.
