Very useful tool to find

. Was glad to find this after losing the tamper evident hex key that came with the DIY product. So I didn't have to pay extra for a whole set of nozzles or a useless screwdriver with multiple nozzles. It also arrived the next day via Prime. I wish it would fit the 5/32 hex holes a little tighter, but still very satisfactory. does the job.

Pros
  • wrench
Cons
  • old

Worked great to access a part of my phone company's phone booth that I needed to remove the box from my house. Since I switched off my landline in favor of a cell phone a few years ago, it hasn't been used anymore. The old box broke and fell apart and with this tool I was able to connect the wires and remove the box which made my house look a whole lot better.

Access Phone Protector

This tool is used to access the 'secret' parts of the phone company's protector or 'Network Interface Box' in your home so you can rewire your phone wiring. . It opens the outer and inner NIU bays. The device is well made and works as it should. It's just a hex wrench with a small hole in the middle that attaches to the handle. It runs on an NIU installed by AT&T at my home. This comes in very handy when a 25 year old phone repairman keeps visiting my house to fix my DSL line (again and again)…
