Joocare Ballroom Character Ladies Modern Sports & Fitness Review

I didn't think I needed special dance shoes as I only go a few times a month but the studio I go to requires them. However, these shoes make a difference and I am so glad they are needed! The price is great and the shoes are comfortable. While many other ladies have stains where their dancing shoes rub, mine feels fantastic.

Good shoes overall. I've worn them several times for tango and salsa/latin. It holds up well and is comfortable for several hours. The straps are a bit uneven and feel tighter on one foot than the other, but I get used to it after a few minutes and it doesn't bother me. I ordered my normal size but maybe half a size smaller would be better.

These shoes fit as expected but are poorly made. The insoles were loose in the shoes when we unpacked them (I'd say "straight out of the box" but since there was no box I can't use that term. Also, the bottom was felt, not rubber, so I'm guessing they were supposed to be dancing shoes, although I wouldn't want a woman dancing in them, no matter how badly made they are.

Shoes look great. Landing is a bit uncomfortable. No matter how you try to adjust it, it almost feels crooked on the foot. This is made worse when you step down and the heel seems off-center. For me it was just the right leg. In general they are fine. I would not buy again. I'll wear them when I'm not walking a lot. Although I couldn't dance in it.

One of the heels seemed to be off balance and crooked causing me to keep falling onto my side and almost spraining my ankle. They also did not support. I would have thought the straps and backing near the heel would hold you down, but they felt flimsy and kept falling back and forth. I was afraid to dance in it. I ended up returning them and bought a cheap pair of Ross black heels for $20 and felt a lot more comfortable.

The straps, although comfortable, are difficult to use, it takes a minute to put on and take off because the strap comes out from behind the back very easily and needs to be reattached. done every time. I've also found that I need to keep the strap as snug as possible so they don't seem to have much durability as they can't be worn if the strap stretches. the plastic heel is almost completely worn out. , and for the price it doesn't seem worth replacing them with a cobbler.
