Rubber sole. Rubber outsoles offer the optimal balance of traction and durability, with a responsive feel on unpredictable terrain.circular lug patterns provide grip during movement. Removable insoles support the feet’s arches and not cause too much pressure and transfer weight over the ball of the feet. It finally dawned on me (oh!) to look at the sandals. It was a cheap enough entry point to try them out and see if there was a difference. Well they did it right away. My "bad" food may still be chewy, but it doesn't hurt anymore, and at the end of the day I still have a lot of running in me instead of…
