This product is suitable for making dough for all baking purposes. The size is big enough to make a big dough. It also comes with guidelines for easy measurement. The only thing that confuses me is that it smells a little when you open it. But it goes away after a few days. All in all, this is a good buy.

I was looking for a baking mat and bought this based on the reviews. All other reviews were correct. It requires little cleaning and takes up no storage space at all. I roll out bread dough on it and don't need to add extra flour. After I'm done, I just rinse it off with water and put it in the dishwasher to dry. What a great baking mat! Both sides are made of the same smooth matte silicone. It lies absolutely flat and doesn't slip (the tabletop has to be creakingly clean). Mine didn't smell at all. It closes easily with a little stretch at the opening to push the button through.
