Professional cutting

When you need to cut sheet metal, use these scissors. The offset allows for easy cutting - straight or curved. I've used flying shears for many years, but this little tool puts them all to shame. Just remember to take care of him and he will take care of you!

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Minor problems

Stay With My Midwest

The scissors are well made and sharp. What I don't like is that the handles open very wide, making it difficult to grab quickly. The finger spacing on the bottom handle increases the pressure on the middle finger when cutting heavier 18ga sticks with my Midwest. I'm a sheet metal worker in the union.

Pros
  • Quality Construction
Cons
  • Great Price

HVAC Installer's Best Friend

If you're all about cutting straight lines you're from the Midwest, but nothing cuts tight circles like these little ones! Cut 8+ holes in plenums 5-6 days a week for two years and those details have stayed sharp; plus lots of long closet cutouts and of course transitions. I was just replacing them when my new assistant decided to use them to cut the flexible duct's inner metal wire.

  • Price
Cons
  • Questionable Purchase for Seniors
