🚲 JRL 32mm-40mm Black Offset Intake Manifold and Gasket for 49cc 66cc 80cc Motorized Bikes Review

I had to tweak a lot to stop the vacuum leak (80cc/66cc). It's difficult to install because the key doesn't fit in the bolt on one side. Seems small compared to the standard (gooseneck). After the repair it looks and drives well. you hear the suction with every lift – like a breathless growl. Really nice. Cleans gas cable and gas lines. Everything you need is there, including the seal.

Fits 80cc engine as described. The product was well packaged and arrived 2 weeks early from China. on the motor side i had a little trouble tightening the hex bolt because there was not enough space at the inlet for the hex wrench, i had to tighten that side with the locks on the side. Also I didn't use their padding, it was a bit thin. but if need be, he would have done his job. Not bad, I used Loctite and have no doubts about the quality of the setup. Overall a great product at a great price.

Wrong. I had to bend mine to get the carburetor to sit straight. He was raised at an angle and it was difficult for him to run and he would die. Depending on how much wiggle room you have, this may or may not work. I ended up taking it off and putting it back on. I have it in the box for future geared motor projects in case I need something similar. Might work with a different carb as well, but the one I have will foul the float and gas will leak out due to the angle the carb is at with this…

It fits my 50cc engine great but I had to find shorter bolts. A little thin metal, hope it won't deform. The only real downside is that the black came with the paint peeling off. I don't care, except that it happens in the carburetor, in the engine. So just take the bare metal and paint it if you really want to. I have to see if there is another one available. If your engine doesn't need a lot of tilt then it's fine.
