Can't get any cheaper

Fits exactly as other buyers have said, but fits and does what it's intended to do. Maybe I had to take the time to find the best place to attach it to the adapter. Or maybe it's just a tight fit the first time you use it. For those who use it from time to time, this is ideal. I prefer this to other brands that sell them for more than $20.

Doesn't work - Shop Tools

I thought a piece of sheet metal could be stamped to an accurate enough size to make some grooves but this manufacturer couldn't. Will not fit my BB or any of my center lock rotors. It looks like the radius is too small or at least some of the teeth are sticking out too far. Even if it did fit, it would be so rough that every aluminum and taut piece would deform. I'm also not sure what the round piece on the other end is for, but it's plastic and doesn't require a lot of torque before itโ€ฆ

Fits perfectly with Hollowtech Bottom Bracket

I was almost dissuaded from this product after reading fake reviews stating it needed filing to fit but I will probably use this tool on my own at some point on a bike use. I will be selling so I wanted the cheapest option. Crossed my fingers and bought this one and was pleased to find that it fits perfectly on the bottom bracket and fits perfectly on the end cap on the connecting rod. It's a strong, solid tool, well made, so I'm glad I didn't spend twice as much on a big brand.

Loose splines will cause slippage and part/tool โ€‹โ€‹damage

Ordered this tool as an alternative to the Park Tool BBT-9 to remove the outer spline snap ring for disc rotor replacement. The fit is so loose that the tool cannot adequately grip the splines. It slips off very easily and causes damage to the tool and/or workpiece, further degrading the fit. This may work for removing a bottom bracket where there is a thicker spline for the tool to grab, but will not work for removing the outer spline snap ring. When I used the Park Tool version I was able toโ€ฆ

  • So-so

Purchased to remove the brake retaining ring. I didn't (at first) spend money on the Park Tool BBT-9 because my lower caliper required a different tool and I didn't think the difference would be big enough to add more than 100% to the price of the Park Tool In particular, remove the brake disc. It didn't stick to the locking ring at all, and when it did, it slipped and scratched the ring's anodized coating. I gave up and ordered a BBT-9 instead of destroying the locking ring (which would happen
