JTL-Wawi - Great tool if your needs are basic

JTL Wawi is very easy to use for small business with less than 10 employees because it has all the features I needed without having to pay for more expensive package options. I also like that they have a free trial option so I was able to give it a try before making a long term commitment. It takes some getting used to as it is different from other software platforms in terms of how you enter data. However once you get comfortable using it you will be fine. We were looking for something to help

  • User friendly
  • Easy setup process, not complicated or confusing.
  • Allows users who are new at entering records into system quickly learn through step by steps guide instead learning program first time around which can take hours when trying out product completely unfamiliar
  • Support available if questions arise during set up/use period always helpful! (i had trouble setting things initially but support resolved issue
