First, the screen is premium and the fan is already installed. I don't have to think about where and how. So that's a plus for me. The case is well made and comes with a lid. It is in my photo but not in the description. Another big plus. Let me remove the screen and get a 100% headless pi and use the screen on another pi. However, the fan is attached to the screen. This is a good case and works as advertised. You only need one use case for a tiny 3.5 inch screen. It currently works without a screen and actually looks cooler than with the screen and fan. The SD card also broke during assembly. Your instructions should have been to remove the SD card from the RPi4 before putting it in the case because leaving it in will break the case. You can think of a small screen application but other than that you get normal cases for less money.

Works well, although I wish it was compatible with Ubuntu. The bracket is too short for this, causing the fan to stick to the heatsink if too much pressure is applied to the display. But for the price it's ok.

The screen works well but as others have said it requires a lot of driver tweaking and the instructions aren't great. They assume that some dependencies are already installed, so some additional steps are required. Also, and this may have been a coincidence, the github repo required a password, so using git-clone didn't work, I had to download it from the website and then ssh upload it from my laptop to the device. Once you have everything placed, the device works fine.

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 with Peppy Player. The screen provides the user interface for the device. It does exactly what I need and I am completely satisfied.

I wish it was aluminum instead of cheap plastic, other than that it works great. It comes with a set of screws, heatsink and a fan.

The instructions are simple and it works just as well as any other 3.5 inch GPIO touch screen. The case is slim and compact, but doesn't have much airflow to use the included fan. The included heatsinks are a nice touch.
