Very happy with the best paper lanterns

Well made, attractive and good value. They're papery and will tear if you don't hang them carefully, but I've had no problems. The lamp is not included, so I made it myself.

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons

Happy Camper - Paper Lanterns

So they are amazing! They are larger than expected which was a big surprise. Once you have a stabilizing mechanism, it becomes quite powerful. We hung them from hanging cords and they really give off a lot of light! Love it! (Position an image so you can see one with and without the lights on.)

Pros
  • Well built
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks

Nice and fun: paper lanterns

Great! Exactly like in the photo! Looked great at my garden wedding. Make sure you learn how to put them together or you may rip them apart (so are all paper lanterns), first make sure you put in the "legs" and hold them with one hand. Press again and bend one side of the top into the hole, then the other. Remember that bending the metal that fits the lantern is better than bending the lantern itself to fit the metal.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • I'm worried

I live in a hurricane prone area so I keep these on hand for both emergency lighting and decoration. They offer an amazing amount of light with a small battery each. With a little care they will last for years. You need to buy a short Christmas string of lights or order lanterns that fit the lampshades. They're paper, so they won't last forever. You can use them to replace old shades that look tired.

Pros
  • Great value for money
Cons
  • No form required

Nice! - Paper Lanterns

LOVE HER! They are light and good, especially for the price! I bought several different colors. In order from largest to smallest, I got pale yellow at 14 inches pink 12 inches pale pink 10 inches orange 8 inches peach 8 inches I found all the colors looked like the photo. But it's worth noting that pale pink and pale yellow tones don't appear pink or yellow at all when lit. But they are beautiful nonetheless. To light them up I used the wireless remote control lights also sold at Revain. I…

ok quality. Not impressed but sufficient.

Those who assembled without glitches, we are great! The problem is, I swear, some of the metal frames were too long for the lantern. About a quarter of them broke because the metal part was too long. You had to force it and they either bent the metal frame or crushed the paper lantern. However, apart from the ones that were destroyed, they looked really great. My other complaint is that I wish it had a better mechanism for attaching the LEDs inside and hanging it up. It has two C hooks inside…

Typical Paper Lanterns at a Great Price

Typical Chinese Ball/Paper Lanterns at a Great Price! They're great for LED lighting because LEDs typically only get up to 110 degrees Fahrenheit compared to incandescent bulbs at around 320 degrees Fahrenheit. I used them for video friendly lighting on a camping music stage at a music festival using 12V MR16 5W replacement bulbs. For video, porcelain spheres have wonderfully diffused light. That even if you shoot directly into the light with a video camera or phone, the lens will not turn off…

beautiful lights are the best in New Lighting

It's great. They give off a warm light as long as you use a warm bulb. Be a little careful when bending the metal supports that go into the lantern where the little hooks for the lanyard should go. It's soldered on and will pop out if you try to bend it too much. I installed some lights throughout the house using lights I found at Revain and some GE LED bulbs because they give off a great "warm" light that I really miss. old light bulbs. I even put a colored LED in one of them above our…

Great decorative item! Economical, Stylish, Compact, Lightweight

This is a lightweight, almost lightweight version of paper lanterns traditionally made from bamboo ribs and fiber paper/washi. This economical version is made from ultra-thin wire and thin tissue paper, making it a non-bulky and inexpensive alternative. The assembly is very simple. The rectangular tension wire has corners at the bottom that abut against the lantern's lower/smaller annular hole, and lugs at the top that fit into small rings in the lantern's larger/upper hole. It has an open ring

  • Beautiful
