My son bought this set to use in the garden during school holidays etc. It includes a parachute that straps around the waist and sprints, an agility ladder and cones. He was very pleased about that.

I honestly didn't know how my nephews would react to a gift like this but they opened the parachute and tried it on as soon as they unwrapped the gift! I had to warn them, no, you can't jump off the roof with a parachute.

Bought lacrosse conditioning for our daughters. Everything works great. I would prefer the parachute harness to be a harness as it is so thin it slips off when running. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about and would definitely recommend it.

I bought this ladder brand new and when I opened the ladder the black thread holding the individual parts of the ladder broke. The rest of the set is very nice and almost perfect. My biggest concern is the ladder because it looks like it was used on the production line or torn before it was sent to me.

Everything else in this kit works decently, but the fact that the agility ladder works terribly makes this one of the best reviews considering this is the Main reason is why I bought them. I've tried adjusting the ladder and it's not easy and causes a lot of confusion. Overall, this product is not worth the "deal". I would recommend the SKLZ ladder instead.

My son plays soccer and wanted to practice more at home so I bought him this set. It helped him with his footwork. He has great footwork but practice makes him perfect and watching youtube videos of different exercises and legs has made him faster and better. I am very happy with it. He got the parachute working, but maybe he's doing something wrong. We still have to work on that.

I've even had other quick ladders in the past that seem more comfortable not that it's difficult but adjust the ladder to make them even squares are no problem. quick solution. If you customize one, then you know you need to customize them all. A parachute is optional, really doesn't hold up much. Unless, of course, you're running against the wind. All in all it does the job. But the effectiveness of the product holds it back from 4/5 stars. But a great price!

You can't get all three at this price but here it is amazing. The parachute doesn't significantly affect how I walk with it, so I don't use it. A ladder would be easier to use if it told you how to place the bars on it. I looked at it and couldn't use its full length. I use soccer cones. 6 can only come in for training, but they are still useful. All the items here are really high quality and I recommend downloading the drills that come with the barcode that comes with this package.
