These blades are very sharp. I love them for the fact that they cut everything! Lettuce, veggies, nuts and even meat! Simple and fun. Good price!

I bought this knife when I saw it in a restaurant. Now I use it all the time for other things and just bought one for my daughter to use in her new apartment. Very well made and easy to clean. Extremely sharp.

This knife is fantastic. Surprisingly sharp, it makes preparing a salad or chopping vegetables easy. Food will get stuck between the two blades, so have a fork, spoon or other utensil handy to clear the space between the blades. However, this is of great help to the kitten. Highly recommended

We eat a lot of salads at home but because of all the chopping and chopping and whatnot no one wants to make them so I bought this and WOW no one complains about making salads anymore. By putting all the ingredients on a cutting board and chopping them all at once, you can easily put a salad on the table. It's so easy to use, easy to clean and easy to store - it's probably MY FAVORITE PART.

My husband loves to cook so I bought it to use when chopping herbs and vegetables. It was comfortable to hold and big enough to handle a wide variety of ingredients quickly, but the handles weren't strong enough and it fell apart. I sent it back for a refund. They have a good idea, but maybe they need to create a stronger handle mount. I like two blades.

Knife itself is fine. I only wanted to use it for cutting lettuce and the knife is too small. A 12" would be much better for what I wanted. The blades are also close together. I think I like my single-blade knife best. When I need to chop herbs, it does great. 5 stars not because I love it, but it's well made and sharp just make sure it works for your purposes.
