It was easy to use and had all of the basic functions we needed for our business. I liked that it was quick and simple. I disliked nothing about this program. The best thing about JUVO NO its user friendly interface as well as easy to understand for new users of this platform. I like how easy it was to set up my first appointment with them! They were extremely patient in helping me get everything figured out as far as what would be best for our business needs. The customer service from their team has been great too!! Definitely recommend this product if you are looking into getting an EMR/EHR system but want something very simple and user friendly. The best feature of this application to me personally was being able use it from anywhere in my office or home without having to go out into public! It makes things so much easier for our clients who have multiple doctors working together at times as well when we are doing appointments with them outside their offices also helps keep track better than paper logs which always get lost sometimes too!!
